2 Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order

3 Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed on the website at the time of order placement.

4 Delivery

We deliver to all European countries. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. Free shipping is available on orders over €500. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5 Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and condition. Custom-cut materials and special orders are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

6 Warranty

All our aluminum composite panels come with a manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors.

7 Limitation of Liability

COMPOSITE-ALU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

8 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
